Mt. Angel College All-Class Reunion:
October 9-11, 2009

All former students, teachers, and staff members are invited to attend the Mt. Angel College reunion at the Oregon Garden Resort in Silverton and the historic Queen of Angels Monastery in October.

Reunion activities will include a Saturday night social and dinner at the Resort and Sunday afternoon tours and tea at the Monastery. Other possible activities are in the planning stages and will be announced soon. Please make plans to join us! more >

Shalom Prayer Center Garden Party

The 2nd Annual Shalom Prayer Center Garden Party will be held Sunday, July 26, 2-4 p.m., to show our appreciation to you, our friends! Enjoy elegant desserts and appetizers in the tranquility of the Shalom Prayer Garden. Delight in music, poetry and fellowship. We will have beautiful baskets for our raffle. Come, celebrate and appreciate the beauty of the garden in its second year.

Iris Rhizomes Available Beginning in July

Iris rhizomes will be available at Shalom Gift Shop July - October 2009. Sponosred by the Shalom Board of Directors and Courtesy of the Schreiner's Iris Gardens there are three rhizomes to choose from: Queen of Angels, Celebration Song and Lenten Prayer. Rhizomes are $10 each or 3 for $25. Irises can be sent with an extra charge for shipping. To order call 503-845-6773, email shalom@mtangel.net, or stop by the gift shop.
